The Global Regulatory Network (GRN) strengthens regional associations and promotes the understanding of complex regulatory practices by public utility regulators in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. The GRN is financed through a Cooperative Agreement from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC)
